By using the Shuffler's Inn card buying kiosk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the kiosk.
Card Submissions
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate information about the cards you are submitting for sale. This includes:
- Correct card names and editions
- Accurate condition assessment
- Honest representation of quantities
Card Condition
All cards are subject to condition verification upon physical inspection. Prices shown in the kiosk are for cards in the specified condition. Final offers may be adjusted based on actual card condition.
Pricing
All prices displayed in the kiosk are estimates based on current market data. Shuffler's Inn reserves the right to:
- Adjust offers based on card condition upon inspection
- Decline purchases of counterfeit or damaged cards
- Update pricing at any time
Order Submission
Submitting an order through the kiosk does not guarantee acceptance. All submissions are subject to review and verification. We will contact you regarding your submission.
Payment
Payment will be processed after cards are inspected and verified. You may choose between cash payment or store credit, subject to availability and store policies.
Prohibited Activities
When using the kiosk, you may not:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Use the kiosk for any unlawful purpose
- Submit counterfeit or stolen cards
Limitation of Liability
Shuffler's Inn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the kiosk. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the cards in question.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the kiosk after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
